He flew 271 Missions claiming 86 Victories if which five were on the Western Front and 81 on the Eastern Front Including 29 I1-2 Sturmovicks . Awarded the Knights Cross Posthumously on 5 Dec 1943 . Awarded this Goblet 1 March 1943 , German Cross gold 12 April 1943 and the Knights cross 5 Dec 1943
