Nice looking dagger with strong crossgrain to blade and strong black burnishing to mfg. logo and motto. scabbard anodized finish is also nice only a few minor dings to scabbard . If you cant find these SS numbers now it more than likely means he was a EM and never made officer. Ross Kelboaugh is working weekly and uncovering new SS EM numbers in the National Archives and in time might be a dagger than can be IDed .. Nice looking grip and runic button .
